We are pumped to offer a social media internship at Seavine! This internship will be focused on helping us strengthen and build upon all of our social media platforms. We are looking forward to working closely with someone to give them experience and insights on social media for a growing company. This is an unpaid internship but could turn into a paid position. We can get in contact with your respective university to seek college credit for this program.


You are obsessed with band. You love all things social media: branding, social, graphic design, animation, videography, content, analytics, etc. and you’re looking for an environment that gives you an opportunity to learn, work on real projects, and kickstart your career in the digital/social/tech world. In this internship, you'll have the opportunity to work with all facets of Seavine’s marketing with a strong focus on social media.


  • Learn all about the inner workings of Seavine

  • Funded trip to WGI Championships in Dayton, OH

  • Make your own schedule

  • Guidance from experienced staff in digital marketing


  • Use social media to engage with a community of fans/followers online

  • Help our marketing team brainstorm, create and deliver social media campaigns

  • Coordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns

  • Collaborate with internal departments on projects and assignments

  • Demonstrate interest in communication strategies and can continuously engage the online community

  • Plan and execute social media strategy plans


  • Marched in a DCI, WGI, or BOA band program (Bonus points if you can play cymbals!)

  • College aged, must be graduated from high school (you do not have to be enrolled at a university)

  • Must be knowledgeable about Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat

  • Can commit to 20 hours per week to the opportunity

  • Comfortable with making content for our social media platforms

  • Experience managing social media for brands or your personal endeavors

  • Own a laptop that can be used in meetings and remotely to complete tasks

  • Enrolled in an a relevant college program or has entrepreneurial street creds

  • Hardcore hustler with the ability to take direction and thrive with minimal guidance

  • Impeccable grammar and advanced written and presentation communication skills

Bonus points if:

  • Efficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)

  • Can play cymbals or a brass instrument

  • Comfortable editing basic videos

  • Gets excited to be in front of the camera for photos or videos
